Psychological contract breach (PCB) is believed to have detrimental effects on empolyee attitudes and behaviours. This work examines the effect of psychological contract brach on two critical organizational outcomes: affective commitment and workengagement. It tests the role of tenure and educational leve on PCB outcome relationship in a sample of Indian managerial employees and shows that they do moderate the effectives of PCB on affective commitment and work engagement.
