The Bill provisions seem to be more progressive and futuristic. The bill emphasises on each and every section ofIndia- be it investor, company, director or the general public and above all, the weaker sections of the Indian population. It is a very optimistic and progressive step to include mandatory provisions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). |
