Appointment of sole slling agent: Law - 2012 - 94-98

Section 294 and 294AA of the Companies Act, 1956 regulate the appoinment of sole selling agents. This section provide among other things, that no comapny shall appoint a sole selling agent for any areas for a term exceeding five years at a time and the term may be extended for another period but not exceeding five years on each occasion.
